Face the center of the circle, 1 step of four: 3 run steps (right, left, right) and 1 jump step on right foot.
Two laterals gallop steps with the left foot to the left.
Pose the right foot in front of the left foot.
Take again support on the left foot behind.
2d figure :
A) Jump on the foot right on the right.
 Pose the left foot left behind the right.
 Jump on the foot right on the right.
 Strike the left foot beside the right, slightly open.
B) Idem 2A) but this time towards the left.
C) Jump on the right foot.
 Strike the beside left foot of the right.
 Jump on the left foot on the left.
